Hi,

Here a picture of my in progress Tamiya Focke Wulf 190 F9. I'm not sure whether the overspray at the wing root was the right thing to do but I didn't have any reference other than the Tamiya advert for it

I also managed to break one of the walkway markings but I should have a replacement arriving soon.

I originally used templates for the paint, however the instructions showed it as being scruffy so I went over the edges again freehand.

I had trouble replicating where the top colours seem to dribble over the front of the wing, and tips welcome!

At the moment my ideas for weathering would be with minimum wear but really dirty!

Any comments welcome (unless they're really really bad! )

Your Bird looks nice, and i think you will us surprise with a blown canopy, broader wooden propellers and a 14 blade radiator.

Waiting for progress.

Hi Alastair,

Looks very good so far...

The model is a bit glossy but I suppose you will tone it down with a flat coat later. Are you going to do a vignette with the bomb cart and figures included in the kit?
