Greetings all;

I have a bit more information for you on the title subject. First of all WCM ( WCM.com.pl ) is the official webshop which will sell these kits. I am told they won't be available anywhere else for now.

Hi Stephen!
I found your post about Mirage Halberstadt CL.II. Because I live in Poland where the Mirage and WCM are from if you need any assistance or advice just let me know. I think it would be much easier for me to call them and ask for anything than do it from Colorado.

WCM is a big modelshop in polish capital, something like Hannants but so popular. WCM means Warsaw Modeling Center. Sometimes they distribute Mirage models in exclusivity. I think it is the same situation with this Halberstadt. I'm not sure but I think that Mirage Co. is one of the owner or founder of WCM. If you need anything from Poland polish collectors just let me know.

Regards!
Michal

I appreciate your offer Michal. And you certainly will be a great source of info. But this deal has been worked out between the three websites I mentioned. They came to me because of my store of references and the reputation of Aeroscale. I have given them a solid commitment so I can't back out. I am sure you understand.

On the subject can you share any info concerning the Halbstadt CL.II in Polish service?

Sure, it's obviuos that when you already manage to contact with them and have an agreement it would be stupid to back out. Of course I understand. I just wanted to mention that I can help you in case of anything...

I'm a newbe in the early aviation, even Polish, so I don't have any references in my own bookcase about CL.II but I'll try to find out something. Do you need anything particular?

Here is the word.

"Gentlemen,

Mirage Hobby never says that Halberstadt CL.II (481306) model includes Lozenge decals.
We thinking about it but we choose mottled camouflage to this model. Lozenges are produced by whole world - mottled camouflage not! (Sorry for unauthorized photos from Nürnberger Toy Fair - Our showcase show all products)

Wood decals will be added to Halb CL. II (BFW) version (next issue 481307).
To this 481306 (early version) why should be added?

From about more than ten years I trying to find accurate colors, print method etc. to Lozenge decals. Now I think I found perfect solution.

So Mirage Hobby print this decals.
It will be additional set # D002 "Lozenge - Daylight 5 color pattern"
Two to three weeks at market...

And could be used to our next WWI production models.

Next we planning to release (in time order):
Halb. CL.II (Bay) # 481307, Halb CL.II late # 481307, Halb Cl.IIa (with Argus motor) - for WCM and range of Halberstadt CL.IVs.

I hope it help to all modelers Best regards

Piotr Mrozowski"

Greetings all;

My two kits arrived yesterday. I wish they had arrived a week ago. . . I am in the middle of painting my house and clear sealing the deck. I am working 12 hours a day on my days off. Gadzooks and hot marimba I am tired. But with three kits on the assembly line and these two waiting I must put it into overdrive.
