So here we ar again at another update, still working out the starboard wing, but went ahead and thinned out and did some detail work on the the inboard nacelle.

Still more filling and sanding around the radiator intake and outlet.
Add the final bits to the starboard landing gear. There a ffew brake lines in the eduard set that'll be added in final construction.
Still being frustrated with mt fit and not wanting to do anymore damage to wing. I thought for a bit about what to do. I had full day of peace and quiet, Girlfriend spending the weekend with her mom. My first option was to go ahead and finish up a Luft '46 project; a Do335 Pfeil in ficticious markings; or move to another area of the Lanc...

Ok so i can't figure out if i should do a reich's band or not. Hell I can't even decide on colours if do a reich's band. What colours would a long range escort have for the Amerika Campaign if any? So on that note I moved inside the Lanc. If the gear wells are any indicator of Eduards desire to detail a kit the this is going to be interesting...
The kit pilot seat and armoured head rest are showing their age here so here are few shots of the updated eduard seats, I havn't added the seat cushions to the pilot seat as the back is leather and the pilot got to sit on his parachute. I'm going to add the back later after a good paint session.
Did some of the radio operators station.
Went to the bombadier are, but just started aswell.
The bomb sight is a gem!!!
The completed most of the pilots station and some for the flight engineer.
All said and don i got about 4 or 5 hours in before fatigue set in and i needed sleep. there was quite a bit of annealing done in the interior most for the throttle quadrant, pitch and mixture tabs. There are little baskets thoughout the cockpit that need to be rolled, but I torched (yes burnt to crispy critter) the first one tring to anneal the brass. Maybe someone will have a solution to the issue. Before much else can be done i need some black paint to finish out the flight deck. Fun times ahead...
Till next time Steve
