Greetings all

Just a bit of a note here. In the recent past a popular model manufacturer has frustrated a couple of modelers - ok a few modelers on the WWW. When they get their kits and open them they have two sprues that are doubles and one completely missing. The remedy is that you contact the manufacturer directly. In all cases I have heard about the manufacturer usually sends the missing sprue without requiring one of the doubled sprues being returned.

This just a helpful reminder that if you do run into this it helps to provide the manufacturer with a copy of the receipt for the kit. People in these companies at the sales and packaging levels come and go frequently but they do keep records of customer complaints where people take the time to offer images proving their issues.

In most cases when you prove your friendship to a company and offer requests in a repectful decent manner it works out to everyones benefit. At ant rate ranting gets you nowhere.

Gentle folk of Aeroscale, Model On!
