Lots of us use JADAR hobby here in Warsaw for the PART & EDUARD photoetch...Derek has just moved to a new shop which is a giant improvement over the shoebox they had before..
Now only a month after opening they have been hit by a low blow..They have been denied the right to sell.. ITALERI / DRAGON / ZVESDA kits...some skullduggery he tells me by the Webshops with whom he is in competition with.
I am lucky in that he is only a tram ride away and I have drawers and drawers of PART p/e to browse through Not to mention the EDUARD guy who drops in and is willing to listen....
Losing such big names as DRAGON /ITALERI with their huge range of armor,Aircraft (not my thing but very popular among other Polish modellers..After all their Grandparents saw Tigers and panthers REAL close-up.)
will seriously dent his operating profits...Times are hard enough with the current crisis and Polish modellers do not have a great deal of disposable income at the best of times..Thats why he smiles everytime I walk in So WW1 buffs get your stuff from him..

I've been buying from Jadar for quite a while now, haven't ever ordered a dragon or italeri kit from him in the past, but do get quite a lot of other stuff from him that I find just too hard and time consuming to try to track down over here. I've always gotten my items in a timely manner, and an email if there was going to be a hold up for something he had to order.

I've placed orders twice, good service, though it takes a while, he always lets me know when its coming..2 weeks wait generally.
The advantage too is the range of stock and the price...funny its cheaper to buy Roden from Poland and have it shipped to the UK than to order from a certain Model warehouse here.
K....I will use Jadar whenever I can.
