Im not an experten, but Id make an educated guess at RLM 03 Graugrun as this was a standard intirior colour for the luftwaffe. 262s came pretty late and alot of things were fairly chaotic,so variation on the theme is not something Id rule out, but more reference is required I think..

for early machines maybe RLM 02 .. but you should also be pretty safe with a NMF ...
