in 48th scale I would have to say in MHO Hasegawa for the Apache alfa and delta series...
I've got a couple Imex kits for 35th scale and I've noted they have some serious issues with them, but they look cool...

in 1/48 i would recommend the Hasegawa kit but take into account that the building instructions are very complicatd and not really helpfull.
and avoid getting the japanese version of the kit, Japan has more or less cancelled its order for longbow apaches (only a few have been delivered) so this kit version is more a "what-if" than anything else.
