i was wondering if one of you knew -or could proved internet links, plans, pics, whatever about this piece of hardware (water hoses not mounted on trucks, "steam hoses" perhaps?) that would have been found on American operated airfields in WW2.
I know Google is my friend but I don't really know what kind of words to search and i didn't find anything relevant, so I thought i would ask the specialists
