Some pics of my F4U-1, not specially recent or original.
Unfortunatly almost destroyed after the views were taken with a lot of work to repare it now.
Anyway, acrylics colors, oils washes for a VF-17 machine, 1944, Bougainville. Pilot Lt (jg) Earl May.

Looks like a great model. The photos could be improved by cloning out some dust spots (I think they're on the camera's sensor) . They show towards the top right corner of the photos. Any decent software would do this. Without them they look remarkably realistic.....
