I've seen references to the Pegasus kit in 1/72 which is apparently difficult to find and not particularly accurate. Has anyone else done the Have Blue since? What about Tacit Blue, did anyone ever do a kit of that in 1/72?

I built the Have Blue in the early 90's. Accuracy? There were only a few pics of the prototype at the time. It looks close enough for contract work. If you find it, you'll be stunned at how small it it...barely half the size of an F-117. Since Pegasus is the only game in town for it, you are pretty much left with that unless you scratchbuild it.
I kind of remember their having been a limited production kit of the Tacit Blue at one time.
