hai,
how are you folks dealing with fingerprints on models while manipulating the thing for decalling, or weathering or simply to move it from one shelf to another?

The first thing I do is wash my hands well using soap. This removes excess oil. If I have a longterm project requireing lots of manipulation I will place a pice of Tamiya low tack tape at a strategic point on the model and handle only the taped parts ....

Anytime I think fingerprints are going to be an issue. I first wash my hands really well the I use medical type rubber/latex gloves.

I always keep a pair of white cotton gloves with my modeling supplies, for handling models when ever I am concerned about fingerprints, I prefer them to the rubber gloves.
