Messerschmitt 109 006
Forever wishing to totally go against the rules and simply build something different, I came up with this German 09 aircraft at the bottom of the sea or even lake some 60 years later, with some way still to go, I thought what better way to ask, then post a couple pix and ask, what do you think so far ?

As always, both good and bad comments please.

At a later date, I plan to encase this on 3 sides to darken everything, not quite sure how this will work out, or for that matter, if it'll work out at all.

..neat & interesting idea ...looks very good....

did you plan on painting the 'base' - in that first pic the a/c looks as though its sitting on a meringue or something...bottom pic shows more 'sea-bed' foliage ?

Many thanks for those kind words, I have never attempted anything like this before, so if things are not quite right, then I'm sorry I did my best, the following pix is the finished dio and athough there could have been a better sea or lake bed, I honestly wondered how I was going to make this look like something under water rather than superman in a black suite, still, not bad for a first attempt.
