The black 'eagle' transfers on my Tamiya 1/72 FW190A3 have disintegrated and I don't wish to repaint it into another scheme. Has anyone in the UK got any replacement transfers? Just the Eagles, nothing else is required.

Just paint it. I believe it isn`t very difficult?
