If you sent an email to Accurate Miniatures to any address instead of the "info@" address there is a reason you may have not gotten a reply. Here's a direct quote from AM:

"We discovered a glitch in our e mail program that prevented mail from getting through to the warehouse on anything other than the "info@" address. That same glitch would not allow mail to be sent, hence some of the delays in responding to the requests that were able to make it through. The problem has been fixed, and Linda has 150,000 emails to return. As a result, the webmaster's flesh has been flailed off with red-hot bands of iron."

Well that's good to know. I like the flailing part of the reason!!!! STUG
