also discovered they were the wrong instructions so now working without instructions ..
cocpit done , fuselage joined , engine and exhaust mounted , cowling filled because of bad sink marks .

sorted out now , there is one complete kit amongst all the parts for three ( unfortunately it wasn't the one with etched brass , the instructions pictured were for another swordfish kit but helped
actual build close to completion bar parts of rigging , nearly ready for paint and decals
loads of pieces ready to scrap
( that is of course unless someone has a 1/72 swordfish with missing parts )

when i said speed build i intended either the same day or the day after !!
unfortunately other things got in the way , but it is now finnished
with i guess about 8 hrs total building time !!

they were painted freehand by brush for speed , mixture of enamels and acrylics
