Some self help tips to the modeler looking for help from a manufacturer.

When you buy a kit and have a receipt for the purchase never be afraid to include it as a jpg attachment to your correspondence. This helps especially when you purchase direct. sending them a copy of the ir own generated receipt is prime. Proof of purchase goes further than "I have a problem. . ." This assures the manufacturer that you have indeed spent money on the kit. They respect that more than a demand. Respect folks, sometimes just simple respect goes further than anything.

Eduard and Roden are tops in my book for their responses to modelers with concerns.

Also if you are reviewing a kit send the manufacturer a link. Your build images should be clear and concise.
