I've been a bit of an idiot and throw out Parts J3 and J4 from my Tamiya P-47 Bubbletop, anyone either got any spares, or know how to go about getting replacements?

Are they the wingtip lights? If so, I'd just cement in sections of clear sprue or perspex, sand them to shape and polish them. You can represent the bulbs by drilling a small hole in the rear face before attaching them, either tinting the "bulb" or the lamp cover itself with clear colour as appropriate.
