hello guys, im purchasing an amtech p-40k with the added resin tail, basically a old amt kit, with an added res tail and new trannies, now, i need some help, the wheels look a bit crao , so i want to replace them, what would be a correct wheel set?
i ahve seen diamond tread, smooth,
i was planning on using the p-40 N cockpit for the Mauve kit, aparrently it fits okay with a bit of trimming

may possibly use these wheels if they are correct, the tread appeals to me more than smooth, but if smooth is correct i ill go smooth

also, what would be a correct exhaust set, the kit exhausts look a little naff.

James, if I'm not mistaken the exhaust should be the flared or "fish tail" kind on the K model. As for the tires I do believe they are diamond tread.

i am building myself up for this one, with the actual Amtech P-40 k kit on the way some time next week, i am also plannign on getting the eduard set (cheap at hannants) and hopefully that will *Really* tidy up the cockpit.

the only downside would be the seats, and the wheels,
if anyone has a spare seat from the ultracast set * I beleiev thats the one with 2 in it *
and any resin wheels with diamond tread, weighted on unweighted.. and the Ultracast flared exhausts, i would be willing to pay, but am on a tight budget after buyign the kit:D!

the most important things IMO are the seat and Wheels, i could always attmept to scratch the exhausts.
but any help would be brilliant.!
