Although I do not use that type of PE bender, it looks like it works on the old tried and tested sheet metal bending brake principle. Which would work with no problems for bending longer parts such as the thin(tiny) lip on fenders.
That being said, it doesn't appear to be too practical for bending the much smaller and more complicated muliti-foldable parts. I think that any of the various bending tools with the multiple fingers work best for these.
