Hello from America. Thought I would recommend that you try Model Master Acryl line of acrylic paints. They have a dark green, or green drab which you could try to use for the cockpit color. Hope this helps. All the best, Russell.

"Medium Green" is a very good match for the color that you want. It's readily available from Model Master in Acryl and enamel.

1st thanks for the responce,i have 'in detail and scale'and there are some colour pics of an preserved unrestored 'bolt and acording with themi found Gunze H 302 green FS 34092 almost a match,i haven t seen your sugestion,have you seen H302?what do you think?

I'm building a P-47 at the moment and for the cockpit, I used Tamiya acrylic flat green (XF-5) with good results.

White Ensign Models do a "Dark Dull Green" in their Colourcoats range.

I used RLM 70 on mine (I've got a lot of Luftwaffe colours) and it looks pretty close.
