You really got my hopes up as i thought you had found a set of decals after your first post and was starting a Build log 
To my knowledge there isn't a set available as I would like to do this aircraft at some point. I even went as far as posting it in my wish list over on the P-47 SIG.
You may want to try posting this question over on our own area dedicated to the P-47
