It's not a bomber...it's a recon plane better known to the Allies as the "Dinah". One of the most gracefully designed aircraft ever built. And very fast.
Did not build it, but knowing Tamiya, and it's an early quarter scale Japanese aircraft, it's ok but not as great as their later offerings. I would buy it if I did 1/48. Instead I have to settle for a great Hasegawa 1/72 Dinah, as well as crappy LS and Airfix versions!

I have that kit infact and it looks pretty nice, it still needs to be built, but it is a nice one.
