How about a campaign to build aircraft that were used to take photographs to gather information, whether they be troop movements in WWl upto hunting for Scuds in Iraq. Start would be June 2010 ending December 2010. Aircraft dont need to be designed for the purpose, but proof must be found that they carried cameras for the purpose of reconnaissance.
