I was just wondering if anyone has any info on camo schemes that were/are used on Hind gunships.
I am working on Revell's 1/48 scale Hind. Good kit, but the paint schemes are kind of run of the mill.
Not sure whats out there, but hopefully something more interesting than the tan and green scheme the instructions call for.

If you can find the Wings and Wheels Press book on the Hind variants, it shows guite a few Hinds in various camo patterns.

I would recommend ACIG's Mil Helicopters in World Wide Service series as a starting place.

Nice nice, thanks guys. Very helpful stuff, and way more interesting than the directions. Its coming together pretty nice. 1/48 Revell kit. Pretty decent kit considering.
