here I have the paint on and the intirior is almost ready to be closed in. I just need to use 5-minute epoxy on the intrument dials..
The levers on the center console need painting, as do some of the wires here and there, and some small modules on the electronics boxes will be painted black also.
The bottom pic shows the insert I made for the cabin roof. I didnt want to have a void there so I just filled it up with wired and pipes ..looks convincing enough to me ...

Many thanks Klaus!
I think I should paint the wires a green colour to match the reference pics I found on the net..but I know that not many people will be taking a close look inside there anyways..

Update: I have removed the moulded on winshield wipers and polished the canopy. I will replace them with plastic and put them in the correct location later. the guages on the insrument panel were filled with 3 minute epoxy to simulate glass. The wires in the back were drybrushed a green colour, and the fuselage has been closed up. I am cleaning up the join now, and proceeding to re-scribe the panel lines, removing the raised panels..pics to follow..

The carrier film around the numbers is very plain in the pic...not as noticeable on the model ...I will use liquid cement( carefully) to eliminate this..
Ok...it has been a while since I posted an update....the Kamov has been on hold since January...but were rolling slowly along now...I started my exterior paintwork with a black primercoat, then built out the grey( still building it..)...what you see are 2 tones of grey so far...then comes panel lines and some drybrushing...
