Here are some pics of my unfinished Raptor:
I painted the top with light grey

I haven't painted the bottom but I think it has a good blend with the top part.

Should I paint it or not? What paint (or paint combination) should I use to achieve the same color as the unpainted bottom?
Should I install the external pylons? The box has the optional part of the external pylon.
The AC should be in the ground with gears opened but should I expose the internal weapons of it or should I close it? Thanks!

A rule of thumb, paint every surface that may be seen. Paint those you don't think will be seen. Unpainted plastic always looks like...unpainted plastic.

All the pictures of F-22's I've seen have had a scheme similar to typical F-15's: Ghost Gray upper surface with lighter gray clouds and a light gray underside with a wavy demarcation line which may be either soft or hard edged.

I've never seen these in place. They would certainly compromise the stealth characteristics of the aircraft. If you chose not to, make sure you fill in the locator holes.

Totally up to you on this. Test fit the doors to see if they'll close smoothly. A lot of Monogram kits have open bays that require major surgery to close up.
