Hi Nick,
I'm afraid there are not many figures in 1:32 scale. What exactely are you searching for? WWII or modern? Maybe usingt 1:35 scale figures and modifying them could be a solution? Anyway, below are some links:
- Japanese Figures
- Imperial Russian Pilots WWI
- Korean War Pilot
- other WWI figures
- German Signal Auxiliaries
- USAF Winter Ground Crew
I found these links by using the search window of Aeroscale (above). I've entered 1:32 scale figures. Preiser are also making figures in this scale:
- Preiser 1:32
I found this link by using the Google search (http://www.google.com). I've entered 1:32 scale figures again.
I hope this helps a little. By the way, didn't someone asked the exact same question some weeks ago?

I've read in Scale Aviation Modeller International that Master Box are releasing the following figures in 1/32.
#3201 Luftwaffe Flight and Maintenance personnel
#3202 US Air force Flight and Maintenance personnel
#3203 RAF Flight and Maintenance personnel
#3204 Imperial Japanese Flight and Maintenance personnel
#3205 Soviet Air Force Flight and Maintenance personnel
Master Box's website state that they're "In Progress"
