built something good enough to post...finally. this is an ill fitting kit, bought four of them to practice on.I think I am ready to move on to higher quality kits since I blew three of these..practice makes perfect? will try weathering on this one.canopy is still under construction..waiting for paint to arrive.

Looks OK to me Dave, what kit is it, and what problems did you face?

It is the Tamiya kit, poor fit on bottom wing to fuselage area, poor fit on front wing edges, canopy is very difficult to mask...but thats my fault I think.I would like to go out and see the only original out at Chino airport california, what a rush it would have been to take this bird up

Looks good from where I'm sitting. I never liked the Japanese birds much but I'm starting to get an itch to build one. Maybe this year I'll do one.
