Had this in a box for sometime just needed finishing.Seeing Mecenas Me-262a Schwalbe from Revell made me finish it off.

Martin, great work there. I have a 1/72 scale Me 262 from Academy on the way in the mail. I hope, at least I hear, that the decals have been improved by Academy, we'll see I guess.

Heh...good to know my humble build has inpired someone. Congratulations, not only for the great looking Schwalbe but also for finishing it (I know how hard it is sometimes).

I first airbrushed complete airframe with RLM 76 Lichtblau and then top side with RLM 81 Brunviolett and RLM 82 Dunkelgrün and then the mottling was done by freehand. After paint Klear was applied and then finished with a light matte-coat.
