Kind Folk,
I just wanted to share with you fine people of my direct experience with Roden. I purchased a SPAD VII from my local hobby shop. Once I got home and inspected the contents I found that the decals were out of register to the point where it would have been very noticeable if they were used. I contacted Roden through the email process and received a reply from Olga within a day or two. She informed me after some correspondence that replacements would be shipped on her dime. Well they arrived a few weeks later and are spot on in register! I just wanted to let you folks know that Roden really cares about their products and their consumers. They have earned my continued patronage for years to come.
Regards, Dwayne

I had a similar experience with Roden. I emailed them some photo's of my Albatros DIII OAW as they didn't have any of that a/c on their website. I thought nothing more of it, when I got an email from Olga saying they received them and they would be posting them to their website. Customer service like that goes a long way.

Roden does a good job. They really put out a good product, and I will continue to make room for their kits in my stash.
I wonder if they will ever do a D.V / D.Va.

1/32nd scale. I know the WNW kit is due any minute, but I am consistent.
