Each year, as always, the IPMS Germany homepage is the primary source for the latest Nürnberg Toy Fair pictures. The first batches of photos have already been uploaded to their website.

Hi Jean-Luc
too kind of you! I did not want to interfere with you or Rowan thus I did not post the link to the list or the two picture galleries this year. I have just added a few pix and some stuff to the list.
As for "primary source" there is also Thomas Voigt (who mainly visits Armorama) who did an extensive coverage that is posted on primeportal.
Looking forward to see you today ...
all the best

Hi Steffen
Many thanks for compiling the pics as usual - and Jean-Luc for the News-Link. It looks like you two are going to have a busy time there! I can't wait to read your reports.
All the best

No problem. This is not interference but collaboration. You are always welcome to post Nürnberg Toy fair pictures so we can discuss the event in the forum.
I'm also looking forward to meet you.
Rowan, I hope we will have a busy weekend indeed!

Hi Steffen and Jean-Luc
Glad you're back safe and sound.

Now, get cracking on the reports so the rest of us aren't left in suspense about all the wonders you saw there!

Hi Rowan,
It was a great Toy Fair for Steffen and myself I think. The two days have passed really fast and we met some extraordiary people there. The report will follow soon (this week-end?) but first, let us sleep a little!

Jean-Luc is right.
I am working on my pictures since a few hours so you can expect an update on my site later today. I also uploaded an updated list earlier today and will do another update soon .. sadly I could not access our server over the weekend.
cheers

Sadly enough personal circumstances will keep Roden away this year (1st time in 10 years) I am told.

Hi again
I wonder what was going through Jean-Luc's mind as he looked at the Italeri Re 2002...

Rowan, you can draw such conclusions based on a photo only, which is even a little blurry! If you look closely and take the light source into account, as well as the particuliar angle of the shot, it is obvious I was watching the 1/48 scale Puma in fact!
Steffen, I said not my profile! You have started something which could end into a global photo war!!!

Hi Jean-Luc
Well, I erased almost all pictures showing you, because you said you do not want to be shown. There are just a few left. BTW This is not in profile, but from 7 o'clock and you clearly look at the Puma. Do not know how Rowan comes to another conclusion...
just look at this one ...

or this (with Jan at the Eduard booth)

this is with my pal Volker and you can see that he is a bit worried, that he has to build the Hughes H-4 (1/72 scale)

all the best

Hi Jean-Luc
Ahh - there's nothing like a keen interest in models...
You should have turned the glass of whatever into a fancy cocktail while you were at it.

I wonder how Jean-Luc got that picture he included on my monitor.
BTW I did not doctor the pix of J-L .. but I might do on one of those I did not include which pronounce his aristocratic Gesichtserker a bit more....
