I remember as a kid having one of these models. I was wondering if anyone makes them or an idea where I can find one. Looked on eby and Great models and Squadron so I imagine there is not a current kit availalbe.

I think Italeri tooled one (1/72), I have a bagged one with a Testors/Italeri instruction sheet. It's been in the stash for a while. I have a very dim recollection of a Revell boxing, but it's probably box scale.

if you want to spend $$$, then collect-aire models makes a nice one in 1/48 for a mere $280:

I personally want to do their B-45, but can't afford it

If you're not feeling too rich, check out http://www.oldmodelkits.com looks like they have 3 of them, 1 bagged, 1 Testors box and 1 Italeri box. Prices range from U$36 to 46.

**No connections to Old Model Kits, just use their search engine. **

well the 48th scale would be perfect, but the price is prohibitive. So if I can track down a 72nd scale i'll settle for that. Unless i win the lottery. So if anyone has one they don't want. Let me know

I've been told that the A3D and the B-66 are almost identical but are supposed to be different. I wonder if that means the engines and undercarrige are different, but the airframe and wings are the same.
