I've got the AFV Club boxing of the Academy 1/35th Blackhawk as a Taiwanese ASR S-70C "Blue Hawk" sitting on the shelf.
This provides markings for two schemes - one in a single tone of blue, plus white, and one in two tones of blue, plus white.
Color callouts in the instructions are for Mr Color paints. However, they only give color callouts for minor detail areas. They don't actually bother to tell you what shades of blue it should be. Since the "recent" decal option includes a fairly large area of blue as a decal, I'm assuming the colors are going to be pretty much "out of the bottle" - for a mix it'd make more sense just to have the modeler paint all of the color, then place the rest of the decal over that.
So - does anybody know what colors this thing is meant to be? I've seen some pictures of a built-up kit on a Chinese site, and they looked like the modeler had got the colors spot on, but no indication is given as to what the colors used actually are. No rush in getting results - this has sat on the shelf for several years, and will likely remain there for several more, but it'd be nice if I could put a note in with it so that, when the time comes to build it, I know which shades I need to buy.

I would not bother finding the correct color match but considering that you have decals with the right colors i would suggest that you mix paint until the match is perfect
