Just a little fun for me ... I used the Aeromaster sheet for the decals . A welcome diversion from all the campaigns and am ALWAYS up for building a Spitfire. Its always been my favorite fighter.

My first non-traditional Spitfire scheme. I didn't know how I would like the PRU scheme but it definitely grew on me really quickly. I've got a regular grey/green camo Mk.IX with personalized markings in the works at the moment also and then a High Altitude Mk.VII.

Hi Todd
Thats a fantastic looking high altitude spit you have built there. The weathering is just right. Whats the kit and the scale? I must admit I am a great fan of the PRU painted fighters.

Hey Tim, Its the 1/48 Hasegawa kit. I added a few pieces of the eduard interior and belts but all it really needed was the belts ... the interior is great out of the box!!
