Hi guys,
My name is Jan-Willem, I usually only model AFV's but I thought expanding my modelling experience but trying my hand on aircraft.
For this I choose the Hobby boss 1/72 AH-1F Cobra Attack Helicopter.
Found it a joy to build this little model. Had to re-scribe some of the panels due to my inexperience with joining fuselage half's, but lesson learned.
Still a few bits to touch up but as good as finished.
After this one I will be doing aircraft in future.
Thanks for looking,
Jan-Willem

Hi Jan-Willem,
Another armour modeller taking part in the 'dark side', of the aviation modelling world. I hope that things in Holland are good and it is nice to see a great job on on your Cobra.
If you do not remember me, then to jog your memory I will say that I still remember that beautiful cigar you sent me when sent you that Cadillac-Gage turret, from my M113 Spares stash.
Your weathering is really subtle and shows through just enough to make it look alive.
Nicely done mate, but are you now returning to armour or sticking with flying machines, for a bit longer?
Keep well,
John
