I joined. Picked up the Academy F-86F 30. If I get too impatient and build it this year I will grab another.

If I find a nice Mig 15 in 1/48 I will build it for this campaign. Maybe the Trumpeter kit.
Otherwise a Panther - in any case I am in!

I'm in for this one too! I just bought a Tamiya 1/72 scale F-84G that needs to be built! Russell

Russell, I actually like that a/c more than the F86. I can remember going on base with my mother to meet my father for lunch some days and seeing the F84's what a beautiful a/c and a great choice for a build.

Cool, didn't even know this thread existed... Must have missed it the first time around...
So, this is the
official thread, it would facilitate my "work" as campaign leader and heighten the spirit of the campaign if everything was in one place. thanks! There's also the monthly history installment on that thread (although I'm lagging behind for December...) and of course THE CHART
Cheers!

Hi all.
Here is a progress pic of my Academy 1/35 Bell 47D hiding in the corner while its tail boom hardens up a bit..
Not too many problems so far. We will see how it goes from here.. Might be a tail sitter if I am not careful!
Cheers

Hi Warren! Nice progress on the Bell!
Just in case you were wondering, why no one is posting here: All the action is over on the official thread on Armorama. I have asked Chuck to lock this thread so the confusion which is the right thread will cease...
Cheers!
