Here is a full build report by Jaroslaw Kierat (jkierat) of Eduard's 1:48 scale Grumman F6F-5N Night Hellcat. The model has been included in a very nice diorama setting.

A very nice job on that Hellcat! You don't often see U.S. Navy aircraft with noseart! That really looks great. Good job once more, I enjoyed looking through your photos. Russell

Excellent build Jaroslaw and the diorama and photography are superb. I am just finishing the F6F-3 version from Eduard and it is a great kit to build, but you have brought out the best of the kit using the after market products. Nice one Jaroslaw.

This is really beautiful work on a beautiful bird!

The diorama setting is just outstanding, as is the photography. There is at least one pic in the spread that could have fooled me into thinking I was looking at the real thing.

Cheers Damian!

No hard feelings I hope!

Thanks for the wishes which I got through Torsten. he said that he had split feelings about the game. I think the better team won (also without seeing it through "national glasses"). And it was the best WC2010 game to date.

all the best
