Academy have announced they are set to release a 1/48th scale P-47D Thunderbolt in the markings of Col. "Gabby" Gabreski.

Definitely on my wanted list. Have always liked the camouflage of this particular aircraft. Cartograf decals, outstanding! Not sure about the pilot figure though. Thanks for posting Andy.

I assume this is their previous P-47 D with new decals. I like Academy's aircraft. Good instructions, easy to build, and there are aftermarket items for whatever you want to upgrade. Best part about this kit is they aren't using Academy decals.
