The Aviation Workshop Publications have released two sets of decals to compliment the On-Target Special No 6 Wings of Stars - US Army Air Corps 1919-1941 book.

Correct. Like I mentioned in Terri's Nie.28 thread, five-color camo'ed wings with a blue forward fuselage and red-and-white stripes on the fuselage fabric areas, and a white horizontal tail (look at the second image in my review, the decals for the Nie.28 are at the top):

Granted, at the end is just a list of aircraft that have kits available in 1/72, but that's most of what's in the book as it is.
