Could any kind person out there who has a set of instructions for the Airfix Stirling, please pretty please send me a pdf scan of them. I've lost mine and that undercarriage is a pig.......the rear turret gun arrangement doesn't seem the usual stuff either.
Please send me a PM.
Thanks guys

Perhaps, like me they thought they might see an Airfix Stirling here rather than a request for help.
Airfix.com has them as downloadable.

LOL Mia Maxima Culpa. I SHOULD have screamed HELP in the post title. My fault. So Airifx are still doing that? They offered that service well-before the Hornby takeover, but I'd had the impression it was Club Members only? Useful to know. Thanks guys

You'll find most of my posts scream/plead/beg help.
Gotta love Airfix. What mixed bag. Odd and common, old and new, and crap and great kits. Always fun though with customer service par excellence. Helps you forgive them the bad parts. Always like to see Airfix done.
When you starting it? You'll get lots of interest as you've already seen!

Well.I have the airframe assembled, and wings/stabilisers attached. It'll take some time, but I'll post pics at some stage. Funny, the Stirling always looks odd, like a tall guy with short arms! (Air Ministry specifations, pfft!) I'll be doing it as RH Middleton VC's aircraft, one of only three aussie airmen awarded the VC in ww2, 2 of them in Europe.
