Hi Guys!
I would like to share with you with my latest build it is Academy's 1/48scale Mig-21 FL (similar to PF with some minor changes). It is Egyptian AF bird painted in Nile Valley Camo showing as this l=airplane could look like during the beginning of Attrition War.
I hope you like it. Comments or hints are well come

Hi Marcin
Thats an excellent looking Mig 21 you have built. Nice camouflage and excellent weathering on the leading edges of the wings and the tail surfaces. Nicely photographed as well. Well done.

Hi Marcin,
I agree with Tim, you did a beautiful job on your MiG. Excellent weathering techniques; they are quite effective.
Was the conversion to the PF variant difficult with the Academy kit?
Thank you for sharing,
Mark

Thank you guys!
I've done the FL bird from PF by chance. I just messed up something during the build and I've used wrong stabilizer. This kind of configuration, I mean PF canopy with later stabilizer is typical for not well known FL version, which Egyptian AF also owned.
I've decided to build it from two reasons:
First of all I've decided to start a Middle East Conflict collection and secondly, I'm archaeologist working in Nile Delta near Mansura AB, during excavation every day I see EgyAF Mig's flying over my head ( I knew now it is a different version that I have done, but it is still Mig-21 )

Hi Marcin,
I must apologize! I mistakenly referred to the wrong variant when I inquired about the challenges you faced when constructing your model. I meant to ask about the FL version and not the PL (I must pay closer attention to my typing).
Thank you again for sharing your work!

Marcin-
I can only echo what the other folks have said - your MiG looks great, with very effective painting and weathering.
