Tamiya 1/48 Mitsubishi A6M2b Zero Type 11 kit that dates back to 1975?, I rescribed all the raised panel lines (first Time I have done this) added a PJ Productions resin figure, all the markings are sprayed on bar the tail code. The Hinomaru's were painted on using an Warpigs Paint Masks set. I also added a Prop Action engine to spin the prop, and Made a stand for it to mount too... I will have to take a pic of that tonight and post it later... The Markings are of NAP 1/C Tetsuzo Iwamoto, Zuikakau Carrier Group, 2nd Section 1st Aircraft, December 1941, Pearl Harbour Attack.
I also picked up second place with this kit in my local IMPS Build the Same Kit Comp that runs for 2 months.

That's a really nice build. I love the paintwork!
Thanks for the info on the paint masks. Good to know (even though the link doesn't work!).

OK, I finally got off my behind and took some photos of the stand with the Zero in flight...
The smaller Zero is the 1/144 A6M2b offering from Sweet Models in Japan. The base was a bit rush to get it done in time for my local IPMS club's yearly 'Build Same Kit' competition... So I plan to strip it down sometime soon and finish it. I also got 2nd place with it.
