Hi All
Here's my PR9 that I finished a couple of weeks ago. It's the Airfix 1/72nd kit built "Out Of The Box", but the colour scheme is what XH135 had at the end of June 2006. She had just returned from her final mission in Afghanistan and was halfway through the ARTF Grey being washed off restoring the original Hemp over Light Aircraft Grey. It was kept like this for a short period of time and what displayed at the Waddington Air Show like this. A couple of months later, XH135 was retired from active service and is displayed at a museum, but I've forgot which one it is.
Sorry about the quality of the photo's, but I quickly took them down at the club last night. Better ones will be taken soon.

Nice build. Sort of inspires me about that B-57 in the stash.

Here are some new photos of my Canberra PR9. These are a lot better then the ones I took a couple of months back.

I think this is one of the most stunning aircraft builds I've seen, how was the kit?

The kit is okay. There is an issue with the panel lines, some of them are incorrect. I'm planning to get a couple more at some point in the future, plus I've got a 1/48th Canberra too.

Very nice work Mick! The panel wash is a little to dark for my taste, but it is a stunning build nonetheless. I've always loved the early English jets
