Hello,
I recently bought a second hand 1:72 Horton Go 229 kit. Everything is in it, except the two clear canopy parts 60 and 61. I've emailed Revell.de and am awaiting their reply on obtaining the missing pieces. If the fail me, I'm hoping a kind soul would have one they don't need.
If not how would it be best to scratchbuild a clear canopy?
Thanks in advance.

Anthony, a good kit to build. I think you'll find that Revell will supply you with another, or a first canopy for your 229. If they don't I'll check my stash and see if I can send you one! I'll include a couple photos of my finished Gotha 229 for "inspiration"! Enjoy your build. Russell

If Revell doesn't replace your missing canopy, you can use the Squadron vacuformed replacement canopy for the PM Ho-229:

There's quite a difference in the two canopies . For example, the windscreen in the Revell kit extends downward at the front while the PM canopy is on the same level, front to back.
It would be an alternative to scratchbuilding, though.
