Thought I would include a link to the Mid Atlantic Air Museum which is restoring a Northrop P-61B Black Widow to flying status! Amazing to think of this noble bird in the air again. I always liked the P-61 and thought it was an elegant looking aircraft, I know not everyone thinks so, however, it is interesting to look at these photos. Enjoy. Russell

Looking forward to her taking wing again.
I first heard about this P-61 back in 1990 from a missionary pilot in New Guinea who was in the first group to be lead to the crash site. Then the aviation writers started making the trek, news reports began showing up, and voila!, she's getting her groove back on!
