I have a P51B but no paint or glue should I get that brand that you mentioned earlier?

I recommend Tenax glue which can be purchased through many hobby stores or through Squadron mail order which is a major model and model supply company. Get a cheap brush, I often use a testors paint brush, to apply the glue. It is a very good glue, takes, like anything a little time to get used too. It tends to dry quickly, so I apply several applications to a piece like a fuselage half.

For assembly of sub assemblies together, or such things as landing gear a good super glue which can be bought also at a hobby shop will do the trick.

As far as paints I would try and go with Polly Scale. I like that brand the best painting models. If you can't easily find Polly Scale, do try the Model Master acryl line. It is an excellent paint. The colors you need depend on what color you wish to paint your P-51 B. Polly Scale makes USAAF olive drab and neutral grey. You would need black for the prop and insignia yellow for the tips. Also, in order to get a good yellow tip, you need to paint the tips sand before applying yellow. I use a German aircraft color RLM 79 for that purpose. Any other colors you need you should be able to find. Russell
