Hi everyone,
I'm trying to source some good figures for my 1/32 Soviet spitfire project and I had a few questions. Firstly being new to scale aircraft what's the difference between 1/32 and 1/35 figures? I'm used to 1/35 and actually when I held my tamiya spitfire crew figures next to a resin 1/35 figure they were the same size?

Does that mean that 1/35 figures can be used for 1/32 aircraft? I only ask as I can get a huge selection of decent 1/35 Russian figures.

Second point is that from my understanding Soviet airforce and army used the same uniform? I remember an ICM 1/48 set labelled as soviet pilots and aircrew that was also sold as a set with a tamiya GAZ as generic Soviet officers?

Hi,
Soviet AF and Army really used the same uniform, BUT there were 2 differences:
1. different color of edgings (airforce - blue, infantry- red, armour-black etc).
2. Special cockade of airforce on the top of service cap
