It is finally finished minus the prop which I will redo at a later date . I started this little project well over a year ago and has been there staring me in the eye calling to be finished . Over all it's a nice to build and had no trouble with the fit , oh yeah ! the kit is Eduards N-23 dual combo .
There was a bit of a issue with the PE framing but most details can't be seen any way . A long the way I lost the two front struts and the deck gun . So new struts where made and the guns came from a Roden Sopwith camel which went horribly wrong and used just for parts now .
All weathering was done with pastel chalks

Yeah , it has no historic being at all hope this is alright with you folks .
The other kit went to a gent looking for on it HS . Weird that he didn't want the PE parts and a few of the decals . So I sent to him to help with his project .
The rudder decals and the wheel coverings are from the kit and the rest from the spare box . As to the two guns ...well I thought it would look cool with the skull and all . Top wing cross's are a little on the small side , should have picked bigger ones I guess . In all it was a fun build .

Sounds like a good build when you have fun. Historical acuracy turns up in almost every build we do. BUT! There is nothing wrong with characatures. These hypothetical builds let us explore the talents we have cultivated. Hey It is your kit. Build it your way.

Terri,
Nicely done, and I like your choice of markings
It is good to just have fun once in a while!
RAGIII
PS: What did you use, and how did you apply, the clear panels on the wing?

Thanks Rick
Didn't use anything , nothing to apply . No clear panels in place . If I was going to to this . I would carve a small step along the edges so the clear panel will sit level . Clear sheet stock would be used for this .
