I recently purchased the 1:48 revel Bf-110G-4 night fighter and had a question about one of the marking schemes. The instructions show an aircraft from NJG 101 with fuselage code DC. This plane is camouflaged with large, wavy edged patches of RLM 74 on the upper surfaces and the underside of the right wing painted black. while scanning the web for reference photos, I came across a copy of the instructions for Eduard's recently releases Bf-110G-4 and noticed that that kit also has decals for DC but shows it with a hard edged, splinter scheme on the upper surfaces and no black on the underside.
Does anyone know which of these schemes is correct for this aircraft?
Thanks
Sam
