Hi fellows.
After a stopage of two and a half years I´m modelling again.
Don´t know what had happened but in 2008 one day I begun to loose interest in modelling my beloved kits until I stopped. During that time kept my interest in WW2 alive reading a lot of WW2 books, specially about RAF.
Now I´m building a Mk IIa & a Mk Va Spitfires.
I´ll post some pics when finished.
Regards.

Welcome back Carlos what scale are your Spitfires?
I have just managed to re-start modelling after nearly 18 months, after everything was packed away in anticipation of moving house. My set up is no where near as elaberate as it once was, but the up side is I will be building 1 kit at a time, as I'm selling off all of my 1/48 kits and have up scaled to 1/32.
I have started building Revells Spitfire Mk 1, I'll be adding a blog soon. Maybe we can have a Spitfire build in

Hi Mal:
Sorry about the delay in answering, now I´m seriously involved again in modelling.
The Scale is 1/48, both.
The Mk IIa is the "Pampero II" YT-D (PT754) from the 65 Sqn, the Mk Va is the "Olivos" FJ-A (X4421) from 164 Sqn, both flown by Argentine volunteers in the RAF.
tomorrow I´ll post som pics of the progress I made in both of them.
By the way, did you sold all your 1/48 kits ?
Regards.
Carlos
